The fabric dust collector also known as the baghouse filter with intense pulse jet cleaning is one of the most commonly used separators in the world, appropriate for application in practically all industrial conditions; in mining & metal industry, cement or wood processing, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper industry in thermal power plants etc. Baghouse filters are renowned for their superior performance, automatic control, continuous operation, high durability, versatile application, rugged construction, wide variety of bag materials. IRMA PS supplies custom designed baghouses for optimum air-to-cloth ratios, longer bag life and higher particulate removal efficiencies. Depending on customers’ needs and requirements IRMA PS offers a wide variety of baghouse designs, such as cartridge or caged filters with different bag cleaning methods, pulse-jet , shaker, reverse-air cleaning, serially connected, hybrid filters suitable for ESP revamping & upgrade etc.
High efficiency wet-type inertial separator particularly suitable when particulate matter is sticky, flammable or highly corrosive.
Medium efficiency wet-type inertial separators particularly suited for applications involving heavy dust loads, abrasive materials and large particulates matter such as ore and rock crushing and screening plants, coal and coke, preparation, beneficiation, quartz sand handling and conveying, lime stone and sinter plants, fertilizer plants, pulp & paper processing and production, palletizing operations etc. in which a high level of solids built-up is created. These scrubbers have unique characteristics useful for fine particle separation, no secondary dust source, small dimensions, capable of handling high temperatures and low maintenance costs if no additional wastewater treatment is required.
Cyclone is a medium efficiency, low-cost dust collector designed specifically for harsh, industrial environments. It usually operates in applications generating heavy dust particles and high temperatures and is frequently used as pre-cleaner to reduce the loading on higher efficiency filter systems or as independent collector for coarse dusts. It effectively removes large to moderate size particles from metal grinding, sawing and other dust producing processes. Cyclones have very wide application in different process industries, metallurgy, mining, pneumatic transport etc. Our cyclones are designed and constructed as to provide maximum cost-effectiveness, energy saving low-maintenance and high durability.
Dry-type, inertial centrifugal separator designed for high efficiency and low pressure drop to maximize particulate collection at minimum operating costs. It is custom designed for a wide range of gas flows and inlet loadings and composed of various smaller cyclones. It’s simple, sturdy construction with nomobile parts assures long service life and minimal maintenance enabling exceptional service in a variety of applications. It is widely applied in thermalpower plants, coal processing, cement and lime plants, stone separation mills,chemical industry and other.
Represent the simplest type of turbo machines and are generally used for pressure or suction of air or other gases. IRMA PS in its production program offers high-pressure, medium-pressure and low-pressure fans. Numerous structural designs, sizes and capacities can meet the diverse needs of our customers regarding flow parameters, operating conditions etc.
Industrial vacuum cleaners are capable of vacuuming cement, sand blasting abrasive, coal dust, ash, sand and most flowable bulk materials. Separated material from the collection hopper can be unloaded into bulk bags, small dump trucks, containers, on conveyors, etc. Filter material is water and oil resistant. The filter is equipped with a pulse-jet cleaning system. Compressed air needed for cleaning is provided by the onboard compressor. Vacuums are available in electric or diesel power, depending on the customers needs.
